Aliens and Recycling of Souls

That on its own should sound alarms.

Strieber was into that stuff before he made his claims.

Yes ,,,he has an unusual take on the whole alien thing.
There was another guy called Nigel Kerner who wrote several books some years back with the 'aliens are stealing our souls' theme...Kerner's books are quite entertaining albeit out there.

John Lear is a proponent of the hypothesis that aliens based on the moon capture human souls when ppl die. He advices ppl not to go towards the light when they pass on :-0

It is such a mess of conspiracy, fact and fiction isn't it. There is some compelling evidence for an Alien presence on the far side of the moon. But then you get this. It is such a muddle.

No doubt it sounds a bit cray cray. And wut about the testimonies of abductees who have seen mantis aliens performing surgeries and transplanting souls to other bodies?

I figured he had passed away by now but apparently he's still kicking. Over the years the only ones to take him seriously are the other conspiracy believers like him. In the 80's and into the 90's he was largely responsible for creating the Dulce New Mexico underground alien myths as well as other alien memes. Of course like so many in this area (Lazar, Knapp, ) he never supplied any evidence at all. Even Friedman the arch ufo proponent claimed Lear and his group were 'nutters'. (Friedman also blasted Lazar as being a liar.)
Lear's tales became progressively stranger over time. I don't know if anyone is still riding his crazy train.
But to be fair he's one of many ufo story tellers who have started some very wild conspiracy themes over the last 40 years.

A letter Lear (son of the famous Lear Jet man) wrote (allegedly) in 1987 to 'Steven'....I don't know who 'Steven' is. But it shows that Lear supports all the alien myths up to that time and creates a few more. Where Lear got all this 'alien lore' from is anyone's guess. He did do charter flights for the CIA at one point in his life but no trail of him being involved in any secret govt operations or any inside positions. He suddenly was hanging out with George Knapp a local west coast journalist ,Lazar, and a man called Paul Bennewitz (a ufo conspiracy person/engineer) who had a breakdown allegedly caused by a govt agent called Doty. The whole thing is quite murky but entertaining. https://alienresearch.fandom.com/wiki/Paul_Bennewitz

off topic.

The late Bill Lear was quite a funny guy.

When showing one of his Lear Jets to a Senator, the man commented 'But you can't even stand up in it'.

Lear responded 'Senator, you can't stand up in your Cadillac, but I don't hear you complaining about that'.
