Ppl are already saying it is cgi. The person who originally uploaded the vid deleted it a couple of hours later. Maybe the "Man" got to them :-0

CGI would most likely be my vote as well......How it goes out of view then back into view..It's almost like some one is shining some type of bright light source out of the plane or some sort of reflective light......being played with like you would a flashlight on the ceiling....Did this come out of that CIA release?

I have downloaded them all, pretty interesting, heavily redacted of course, but for every 5 nothing reports you come across something interesting. No smoking guns yet, but very good reading all the same.
However they are not indexed by subject, just a sequential serial number. So trying to locate a particular event is pretty much impossible.
