Well it certainly ticks all the boxes as far as addressing the characteristics of some of the better sightings. I dont have the scientific expertise to pull apart the explanations but they do seem to address the difficulties from a layman's view point. I guess the next thing is can the skeptics pull it apart with something better than swamp gas.
O C why do you think it biased. What part?
In the end it puts into a lot of words what the pro camp have been saying. That it has to be a propulsion system we currently can't make and that there not from around here.
But it is good they show a way in theory it could happen within our known science.
If the science is sound it's a good explanation.
