This hypothesis, put forward by Alain Juillet, a former director of France's external intelligence agency (the French equivalent to the United States' CIA), may turn out to be correct after all. No longer an abstract topic relegated to maths and physics, parallel dimensions have gained a popular status in our society that greatly influence the way we analyze and interpret reality. The recent spike in government chatter related to UFOs, is a tell-tale sign that we are ready to explore all avenues available to us and apply them to the unexplained phenomena manifesting in our world.

On a recent interview, Mr. Juillet spoke candidly about UFOs and the possibility that they originate from parallel worlds:

In the particular field of UFOs, not to mention the people who see a flying saucer landing in a field, there are fighter pilots, astronauts, people who are anything but funny and report very precise observations. We must not say that they are nonsense, but just recognize that there are things that escape us. It is in this context that I became interested in this problem because the first thing we see when we study this phenomenon, it is that obvious these machines or these appearances do not function according to the terrestrial laws and in particular that they are not subjected to gravitation.

For comparison, a fly with its faceted eyes can see dimensions other than ours even though it lives in our world. Perhaps, therefore, there are things that are in our universe that we cannot see in normal times because they are not in our field of vision. But perhaps, from time to time, something happens, that a phenomenon passes through our field of perception before disappearing.
This is the first time a former high-level French government official expresses himself without reluctance on a subject which, for many, still carries an stigma of ridicule. Bringing his intelligence background expertise to bear, Alain advocates for a pragmatic approach and an open mind to unravel "a mystery too important to be left to dreamers and dogmatic skeptics."
