I didn't exercise, i don't know how i got it haha.

Is there a way to burn fat and make more abs without exercising?

Not really haha, still need to reduce weight, i'm 85kg, if i fall on someone i might break their bones haha.

Hard to tell why i'm heavy but not fat, maybe my bones is denser or i have more muscles.

I have high hips btw, not sure if that makes it more heavy.

Lol i never seen katlamas before,

I don't know north indian food much, even the Mumbai Doctor showed me the north indian food he was eating and i don't recognise it, he bought it in KL, KL have all kinds of food around the world.

Btw if u go to india don't eat the street food, it's only ment for the locals, they have iron stomach, if we eat we might fall sick.
