Newly disclosed documents, acquired through the Freedom of Information Act by software engineer and UAP researcher Abbas Michael Dharamsey, have shed light on a mysterious Unidentified Aerial Phenomenon (UAP) sighting from January 26, 2023. This event, originally brought to public attention during a Congressional UAP hearing, involved a U.S. Air Force pilot encountering four distinct UAPs during a routine test mission over the Gulf of Mexico. Congressman Matt Gaetz, pivotal in bringing this incident to light, recounted initial hurdles in accessing crucial evidence but eventually gained access to an image captured by a flight crew member, revealing an object with no known human-made resemblance. Notably, John Greenewald of The Black Vault, an influential figure in UAP research, served as inspiration for Dharamsey's pursuit of FOIA requests, amplifying efforts to uncover additional information.

The declassified documents provide a synopsis of the event, detailing the lead UAP's resemblance to an "Apollo spacecraft" in size and structure, featuring distinct illuminated characteristics. Despite the pilot successfully acquiring radar lock on one UAP and obtaining a screen capture, subsequent investigations failed to determine the cause of radar malfunction when nearing the lead UAP. Furthermore, while a drawing of the UAP was released, a responsive video remains withheld under national defense protocols, prompting Dharamsey to pledge further appeals. His aim is to uncover additional insights into the incident, aided by Greenewald's influential role in UAP research, and to explore potential implications of the sighting.
