In a recent interview, former Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program (AATIP) Director Luis Elizondo alluded to the existence of an online video depicting a triangular-shaped unidentified craft which was verified to be legitimate by military intelligence. Although Elizondo never specified which one out of the hundreds of available videos of triangular UFOs populating the internet he was referring to, online denizens quickly began embedding footage on social media to potential candidates - many culled out of the YouTube ecosystem. Earlier today, our friend Danny Silva from silvarecord.com made a compelling blog entry that may get us closer to identifying the intriguing UFO video in question.

Following a tip received from Dave Altman - a producer and UFO aficionado - Danny Silva learned that back in 2009, Bigelow Aerospace Advanced Space Studies (BAASS) was deeply involved in the...

Even though our part of the galaxy is benign for the most part, there are existential dangers to our planet lurking among the stars. We are not referring to asteroids, comets, rogue black holes, gamma ray bursts, or even solar flares. No, there's something more sinister out there - and it is intelligent and potentially antagonistic towards us. Can you guess what it is? If you guessed "Aliens," then you are keenly aware of your place in the Milky Way's pecking order.

News that up to "four malicious extraterrestrial civilizations" may exist right in our cosmic backyard hit the mainstream media like a bolt from the blue. In an recent interview with the online publication Vice, Alberto Caballero, a doctoral candidate of conflict resolution at the University of Vigo in Spain, explored the possibility of belligerent intelligence populating our galactic neighborhood.

In order to arrive at...

NASA Joins in UFO Hunt

NASA spokesperson Karen Fox just confirmed to the news media outlet The Daily Mail that the agency "has consulted with multiple government entities" about collaborating in the search for extraterrestrial life here on Earth. Since its creation, the space agency has repeatedly claimed it is not in the business of studying UFOs, but that is all about to change.

Those closely following NASA's public policies on UFOs attribute this change of posture to last week's first congressional hearing on Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAP). With the creation of the Pentagon's Airborne Object Identification and Management Synchronization Group (AOIMSG), new mandates are in effect compelling all military and scientific branches of the government to share data about UPA they may have in their possession with the Department of Defense's UFO group.

The supporting role NASA will play in this...

Compelling footage of an Army AH-64 attack helicopter was released earlier today by the investigative media outlet The Debrief. In the article, a former Customs and Border Patrol (CBP) agent reveals the unusual amount of UAP activity occurring on a regular basis near the US-Mexico border.

Robert "Bob" Thompson, a recently retired Department of Homeland Security Agent who was privy to reports of strange aerial incursions over highly-monitored terrain, was able to corroborate the authenticity of the video depicting three luminous objects maneuvering in ways not associated with conventional military or civilian aircraft.

The sighting in question occurred in the late evening hours of November 6, 2018, approximately 40 miles northwest of Tucson, Arizona. According to the crew of Longbow 281, the helo was just taking off for a routine nighttime patrol over the region of Picacho Peak State Park when they suddenly spotted...

The Pentagon's Airborne Object Identification and Management Synchronization Group (AOIMSG) has a newly-minted director. Doctor Sean Kirkpatrick, a PhD in physics and career intelligence officer, will take the leadership of the UFO program in the coming months. Although the Pentagon has yet to confirm the rumor, credible sources indicate Kirkpatrick is the man chosen for the job.

A quick online search hardly returns any info on Dr. Kirkpatrick for obvious reasons. Dr. Sean has spent the majority of his career working on technology and security-related issues at the Defense Department. He's authored more than three dozen scientific papers dealing with a number of subjects ranging from metamaterials and optics, to complex biological...

Was Voyager 1 Hacked by Aliens?

The possibility is on the table, although not officially. Allow us to explain. Engineers at Caltech are receiving weird telemetry data from the famous probe, now in its 44th year of space exploration. Launched back on September 5, 1977, as part of the Voyager program to study the outer Solar System and regions beyond the Sun's heliosphere, the spacecraft is now sending random signals about its guidance system that are not making any sense.

Voyager's attitude articulation and control system, or AACS, is responsible for keeping the probe's high-gain antenna pointing at a patch in the sky where the Earth is supposed to be at any given time so it can transmit all the data it is collecting from the interstellar medium. This marvel of engineering, almost half a century old, can predict with astonishing precision the future location of our planet in its orbit around the sun and send out...

A group of astronomers studying 70-year-old photographic plates have discovered tantalizing evidence of extraterrestrial objects in Earth's orbit. The images in question were taken from the Palomar Observatory as part of the institution's Sky Survey, an ambitious project which ran from 1949 to 1958 and covered much of the northern hemisphere sky in search of so-called "transients."

In the aforementioned photographic plates, nine distinct luminous objects are seen in one of a long sequence of plates taken at specific time intervals on April 12, 1950. According to Beatriz Villarroel, the principal investigator reviewing the old images, the mysterious dots of light vanished within thirty minutes of the first exposure, indicating some kind of fast-moving unidentified objects not following the expected orbital mechanics of known celestial bodies.

Because at the time of the...

From the UK, comes the story of a terrifying encounter with a 7-foot cryptid or quite possibly an extraterrestrial entity known as a "Mantid." According to Mr. Paul Froggatt, a twenty-eight year old resident of Warwick, a town in England’s West Midlands region, the disturbing creature appeared to him in the early morning hours of Thursday July 16, 2020.

Mr. Froggat, who was at the time of the incident pedaling back to his home after a 12-hour shift at a local dog food warehouse, recounts seeing a strange, orange sphere in the sky apparently following him. Intrigued by the peculiar sighting, he proceeded to pull out his cellphone and snap a few photos of the object, which at this point began acting up in a manner that Froggat perceived as threatening.

Wanting to put some distance between the unidentified object and himself, Mr. Froggat stepped on the pedals only to realize that the UFO...

As the UFO stigma slowly dissolves, military personnel from various branches of the U.S. military are coming forward with intriguing accounts of encounters with unidentified phenomena. Yesterday, the British news outlet The Daily Mail broke a story about a 2014 incident involving members of the 3rd Cavalry stationed at Observation Post 3-1, a Multinational Force and Observers mission (MFO) deployed to the Sinai Peninsula.

According to the three main witnesses, several UFOs illuminated the dark desert sky near the Israel-Egypt border as they kept watch on a cold December night. The baffling display of lights associated with the unidentified objects instilled so much fear in the hearts of the otherwise brave cavalry scouts, that one of them reportedly felt "scared shitless" when confronted with the dazzling craft.

Unsure as to what to make of the peculiar event, the three cavalrymen...

Ariel Phenomenon

The Ariel school UFO incident is being revisited in a new film by acclaimed director Randall Nickerson. For those unacquainted with the event, on September 16, 1994 several UFOs landed outside a school in Ruwa, Zimbabwe. Sixty-two students at the Ariel School, aged between six and twelve, claimed that they saw one or more silver craft descend from the sky and land on a field near the education facility. According to the young witnesses, a small group of odd-looking creatures sporting black, tight-fitting attires approached them and telepathically communicated with them about environmental issues.

The close encounter, which garnered worldwide media attention, was investigated by prominent figures in ufology such as Harvard University professor John Mack. The event - however - was not without its share of controversy. Several notable skeptics harshly criticized the investigative techniques and findings of those who asserted the...

Monsters of California

If one thing could be said about Tom DeLonge, it is that he never gives up. The last few years were witness to the meteoric rise and fall of his UFO startup To the Stars Academy and the disbandment of his group of former government insiders. Unfazed by all these challenges, Tom is reinventing his company to focus on the entertainment side of things in the hopes of keeping the UFO flame alive. Tom, who became interested in the subject of UAP many decades ago, is now making his directorial debut with a new film that promises to capture the essence of the phenomenon in a sci-fi format.

The official synopsis for the film Monsters Of California is essentially a coming-of-age story involving "teenager Dallas Edwards and his misfit friends as they attempt to unearth answers to a series of mysterious, paranormal events happening around Southern California. As they peel back the layers on this onion of the unexplainable, they unravel the...

Milky Way Black Hole Imaged

Earlier today (May 12), the Event Horizon Telescope collaboration held a press conference to unveil the first image of Sagittarius A * (pronounced "sadge-ay-star"), the supermassive black hole at the center of our galaxy. Astronomers have worked on the project for over a decade, trying to peer through the dusty galactic center in order to image the shadow of the event horizon, a theoretical boundary around a black hole beyond which no light or other radiation can escape.

This extraordinary accomplishment once more validates Einstein's general relativity by demonstrating that such an object does indeed exist and conforms to the physical predictions outlined in the famous theory. Because of the distance between us and Sagittarius, scientists have made use of an array of radio telescopes located across the globe to collect submillimeter radio waves emanating from the hot gas swirling about the...

"Doorway on Mars," Scores Say

Once more, internet denizens have created an online media frenzy over a new picture just released by NASA showing a rather curious rock formation. The image in question was taken by the Mars Curiosity rover on the slopes of Mount Sharp, an 18,000 feet elevation the science platform is currently climbing. The oddly-familiar opening has many wondering if indeed the rover has captured an obvious alien-made structure reminiscent of an ancient Egyptian temple entrance.

Although the photo is compelling enough to suggest "artificiality" to the untrained eye, planetary scientists aren't as stoked as the public at large. The rocky formation as seen in the NASA raw data image is small in dimensions and utterly natural to the geology of the area. Greenheugh Pediment, where the tantalizing formation is located, is abundant with wind-sharpened rocks called ventifacts. These often take unusual...

BREAKING: Next week, on May 17th, 2022, a House subcommittee for intelligence will hold public hearings on the issue of unidentified aerial phenomena. The hearing comes after a preliminary UAP report from the Office of the Director of National Intelligence released back in June of last year, failed to identify the origin of more than 144 unexplained objects captured on classified military electronic systems.

The hearing will feature two notable members of the Pentagon who are tasked with evaluating whether the phenomenon represents a threat to national security and a flight-safety issue in both the civilian and military sectors. "Since this is an area of high public interest, any undue secrecy can serve as an obstacle to solving the mystery, or it could prevent us from finding solutions to potential vulnerabilities," said Representative André Carson, Democrat...

The USS Ronald Reagan UAP Incident

In 2004, the Nimitz-class, nuclear-powered supercarrier USS Ronald Reagan had a close encounter with multiple, large, orb-like gaseous objects that left a number of sailors in a bewildered state. The story, as told to filmmaker Dave Beaty by veteran US Navy quartermaster Karol Olesiak, has all the makings of a true close encounter with a phenomenon that seems to enjoy loitering in the vicinity of our military assets.

According to Mr. Olesiak, the first of many strange luminous orange spheres was already present on starboard forward, hovering just a couple of hundred feet over the bow, when he assumed his night watch. Much to his surprise, the commanding officers on the bridge seem to purposely dismiss the presence of the unusual luminous body trespassing into their area of operations.

When you’re on starboard forward you have 70% of the flight deck…we looked down at the flight deck and all the people on the flight...

It has been called the most extraordinary UFO photo ever released by government officials. Ufology experts such as Ricardo Vílchez, Dr Richard Haines, and Dr Jacques Vallée, have all concluded the object in the photograph appears to be real and not the result of double exposure or a deliberate fabrication.

Taken back in September 4th, 1971 by aerial photographer Sergio Loaiza on behalf of The National Geographic Institute of Costa Rica as part of a land survey, the photograph sat in relative obscurity until a closer look at the negatives revealed an unusual, 220-feet in diameters saucer-shaped object on frame number 300 of the roll of film.

As the story goes, Mr. Loaiza took to the skies on that fateful morning of September onboard a twin-engine Aero-Commander F680 to conduct aerial recognizance of Lake Cote and the surrounding...

A while back, we discussed the ubiquity of strange imagery found in mission and unit patches used throughout the Department of Defense's military and intelligence community assets and equities. It is no surprise, then, that the newly-minted Space Force would continue the long-established tradition of creating some rather intriguing insignias for the purpose of distinguishing and identifying between the various divisions and units that comprise the spacefaring military branch.

In recent times, the Space Force has matured into a powerful entity with state-of-the-art capabilities thanks to a multi-billion dollar budget approved and enhanced by the Biden administration. With a new fleet of satellites soon to enter into active service, and an undisclosed number of military astronauts in training, the Space Force...

Congress Displeased with UFO Briefings

The latest rounds of classified UFO briefings are taking place in Washington D.C. and lawmakers aren't amused. Yesterday, Bryan Bender of Politico wrote a critical piece outlining the outrage some senators have expressed at the lack of seriousness towards the subject the intelligence agencies are displaying. Earlier this year, the finalized version of the National Defense Authorization Act funded and directed the Pentagon to establish an office for the exclusive purpose of gathering, analyzing, and disseminating data about UFOs in the hopes of understanding the mysterious phenomenon ever present in our skies.

In response to the above-mentioned mandate, the Pentagon created the Airborne Object Identification and Management Synchronization Group, or AOIMSG. The group, endowed with ample discretionary powers to collect sensor data from various branches of the armed forces, has allegedly...

Mythical Scythian Gold Looted

If war has taught us anything, it is that there's no limit to mankind's reprehensible behavior when autocratic leaders use a nation's army as their own personal band of pillagers and plunderers. Early this week, we learned that Russian special forces made their way into the Museum of Local Lore in the occupied Ukrainian city of Melitopo to steal some of the ancient treasures dating back to the days of the (in)famous Scythian Empire.

According to reports, Russian troops accompanied by a mysterious man wearing a lab coat looted the museum of valuable artifacts while holding the staff at gunpoint. Most intriguing of all, was the eagerness of the alleged lab-coat-wearing academic to get his hands on specific relics belonging to the nomadic Scythian culture.

Lore has it, these gold artifacts were gifted to the Scythians by the ancient Greeks, who apparently got it from the Olympian gods...

Elon Musk Buys Twitter

The business magnate set his eyes on the social media platform sometime ago and decided he had to have it. After several rounds of intense negotiations with skeptical shareholders and a trepid board of directors, Musk finally struck a $44-billion deal that will mint him as the new owner of the microblogging platform.

The buyout is one of the most significant events in the life of the 16-year-old company. With the departure of Jack Dorsey, co-founder and former CEO of Twitter, the platform found itself struggling to maintain its popularity and profitability in recent times. Critics of Twitter cite inadequate leadership and unilateral management decisions that infringe on the ability to openly discuss controversial subjects such as politics and other social issues as the main culprits of Twitter's troubles.

In a recent statement, Musk declared that "Free speech is the bedrock of a...
